Kanu Nwankwo Robbed At Russia AirportJune 4, 2018
Former Super Eagles captain, Kanu Nwankwo has been robbe on his way to Kaliningrad in Russia.
It was reported by TASS, a Russia News Agency, that US$11,000 (roughly N4 million) was stolen from him.
The former Arsenal striker was flying out from London to Moscow.
Kanu was on a trip to Kaliningrad, the city where the Super Eagles will play their Debit World cup match Against Croatia on June 16.
As indicated by the TASS, at Khrabrovo airplane terminal, he received his things, and found that the cash was stolen when he got to his hotel room.
Two Sheremetyevo Airport staff have been detained on doubt of stealing the cash from the Nigerian star.
